The spiritual and creative force behind this sanstha is Ex-member of legislative assembly Hon. Mr. L. S. Kom for the enlistment of the Adivasi Community and poverty stricken people. He put faith in work and tried to unlock the cupboards of knowledge and discipline due to certain restrictions imposed upon them by the socio, political and environment surroundings.
